Following the sale of my multi award-winning Docklands estate agency, I established Daniel Treasure Residential in 2021 to create a bespoke and highly personalised estate agency service with the aim of consistently delivering exceptional results and a superior level of personal customer service.  I offer this to a limited amount of clients at any one time in order that my service standards are not compromised.  Developing and nurturing excellent relationships with clients is at the forefront of my intentions – I always act with absolute integrity in the knowledge that it is this trust which brings years of repeat custom.

As a long-standing Bromley resident living in Bickley and father to 3 children at schools in the borough, I am passionate and extremely knowledgeable about the local area. To give clients a bespoke attention-to-detail service I personally handle every aspect of the sales and lettings process from valuation, marketing, completion and anything thereafter.

With over 20 years of experience working within the property industry, I have attained a unique perspective and understanding due to extensive experience in sales, lettings, property management and property development.  I have been responsible for in excess of £250m of property sales and the organising of over 2,500 tenancies which has provided me with an invaluable level of knowledge and experience.

In consultation with clients, I create a high-end marketing campaign using digital, drone, video, social and traditional media, completely tailored for each and every customer.
